Refund & Cancellation Policy

BizLuma (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparent and fair billing practices.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how customers (“you,” “your,” or “Subscriber”) may cancel subscriptions, request refunds, and what conditions apply.


1. Scope of this Policy

  • This Policy applies to all subscription plans, add-on modules, and one-time purchases made directly through bizluma.com or any authorized reseller.

  • By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws.


2. Free Trial & Evaluation

  • We may offer free or discounted trial periods for new users to evaluate our platform.

  • You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan, and the billing cycle will commence.


3. Subscription Renewals

  • All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel beforehand.

  • Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information current to avoid service disruption.


4. Cancellation Process

  1. Self-Service:

    • Log in to your BizLuma dashboard, go to Settings → Billing → Manage Plan, and click Cancel Subscription.

  2. Assisted Cancellation:

    • If you are unable to access your account, email support@moonfellow.com with your registered email address and invoice number.

  3. Effective Date:

    • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.

    • You will retain full access to paid features until the end of that period.


5. General Refund Principles

  • Standard Policy: All fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused days, mid-cycle downgrades, or plan changes.

  • Account Deletion: Deleting your account or uninstalling the software does not constitute a cancellation.


6. Exceptions Allowing Refunds

We may issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing or Erroneous Charge: Full refund of the duplicate amount.

  • Platform Downtime: If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side and no workaround is provided, a prorated credit or refund for the affected period may be granted.

  • Regulatory Requirements: In jurisdictions that mandate a cooling-off period (e.g., certain consumer protection laws), we will honor legally required refunds.

All refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the billing date.


7. Refund Request Procedure

  • Email contact@moonfellow.com with:

    • Registered account email

    • Invoice number or transaction ID

    • Reason for the request and any supporting documentation

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


8. Annual Subscriptions & Upgrades

  • Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid year; no partial refunds will be provided.

  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle to avoid loss of data or features.


9. Termination by BizLuma

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions (including misuse, illegal activity, or non-payment).

  • If termination is due to such violations, no refunds will be provided.


  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our billing team may result in immediate account suspension.

  • We encourage customers to reach out to contact@moonfellow.com to resolve any billing concerns amicably.


11. Third-Party Marketplaces

  • If you purchased BizLuma through a third-party marketplace or reseller, that vendor’s refund and cancellation policies will govern.

  • We cannot process refunds for purchases made outside of our direct billing platform.


12. Changes to this Policy

  • BizLuma may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements.

  • Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.

  • Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
